A premier, physician-led health system—recognized as the largest Oklahoma-owned healthcare provider—is actively seeking board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join its well-established outpatient practices in Northern Oklahoma. Position Highlights:

• Competitive Guaranteed Salary: $290,000 base salary guaranteed for 18–24 months, followed by a wRVU-based compensation model (average earnings ~$300,000 annually)
• Attractive Recruitment Incentives: $40,000 signing bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance, and a $1,500 monthly educational stipend for residents

• Loan Repayment Support: Eligible for up to $200,000 in student loan forgiveness through the Oklahoma Healthcare Workforce Training Commission
