Summary
Our growing Private Lending practice is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our busy transactional team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 1–5 years of experience who is eager to learn, take ownership of files, and grow within a collaborative legal environment.
Working closely with a team of 5 attorneys, 4 paralegals, and 2 administrative assistants, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship with the goal of becoming fully independent in managing real estate and lending transactions from opening through closing.
This role offers significant client interaction, exposure to sophisticated commercial and residential real estate matters, and long-term career growth. The position is initially office-based for training (4–5 days per week), with the option to transition to a hybrid 3/2 schedule after successful onboarding.
Requirement
- s1–5 years of experience in real estate, paralegal, lending, banking, title, mortgage, or related transactional wor
- kExperience working with buyers, sellers, lenders, banks, mortgage companies, or title companies is highly preferre
- dStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skill
- sTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outloo
