The ideal candidate will drive system integrity, scalability, and operational excellence through functional expertise and strong analytical skills. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements and ensuring data quality. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery and design sessions to translate business needs into actionable requirements. Perform impact analysis for Workday Recruiting and downstream integrations. Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including strategy, planning, execution, and defect management. Conduct basic Workday Recruiting configuration and recommend system optimizations. Partner with stakeholders to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirement validation. Must‑Have Skills Workday Recruiting testing and basic configuration experience. Deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and workflows. Proven ability to manage and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
