Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales • Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies • Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales • Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed Qualifications: • Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred • Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for meeting customer needs • Valid driver's license and safe driving record are mandatory Compensation: $50,000 - $85,000 per year • Compensation: $50,000-$85,000 per year
