Processor I, GAP ClaimsJoin our team and be part of something truly transformational! Right now, we are seeking a detail-oriented Processor I to join our GAP Claims team. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with at least six months of hands-on GAP claims experience within the aftermarket automotive industry who thrives in a customer-oriented environment. In this role, you will deliver accurate and timely claim resolutions while maintaining effective communication across key internal departments and external third parties. Are you someone who takes ownership, solves problems with confidence, and makes a meaningful impact?The Processor I, GAP Claims is responsible for reviewing, processing, and adjudicating Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) claims in accordance with company guidelines, policy provisions, lender requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strong and effective communicator, has high emotional intelligence, loves problem solving, and has a customer focused mindset. Today, it stands as a titan among extended warranty providers, celebrated for its exceptional Google ratings and unwavering commitment to excellence.Top Responsibilities:Review and process GAP claims from initial submission through final resolutionVerify claim eligibility by analyzing contracts, loan documents, payoff statements, insurance settlements, total loss documentation, and various other documents requiredEnsure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with policy termsCalculate GAP benefits accurately and issue payments within established service-level standardsCommunicate professionally with lenders, dealerships, insurance carriers, customers, and internal teams to obtain missing information and provide claim status updatesIdentify discrepancies, potential fraud, or coverage issues and escalate as appropriateMinimum Qualifications:A minimum of six months' experience working with GAP claims with a TPA Warranty companyStrong communication skills, both verbally and in writingBe able to type 45 WPM1 year of customer service1 year of document processing and retrievalBilingual – Spanish/English (Preferred)Proficient computer skills, including Office 365Proficient data entry accuracyBenefits offered:401k MatchCompany provided Life Insurance & Short-Term DisabilityProfessional DevelopmentHealth/Dental/Vision insuranceNine Paid HolidaysNo weekendsPaid Time offEmployee Engagement & Birthday CelebrationsSalary Range: $16.00 to $25.00, based on experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor work visas.
