Nutrition Services Aide Registry

Position Summary: Responsible for the safe delivery of food and services to customers and/or patients in a timely manner while maintaining sanitation standards throughout the department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accurate and efficient service on all trained positions in cafeteria, patient trayline, patient services area, call center, and dishroom. Follow sanitation guidelines. Provide accurate and efficient service to customers and patients. Perform duties in an accurate and timely manner. Restock inventory per par levels, including coolers and trays. Record information on appropriate documents. Ensure the workstation area is clean and sanitized. Promote a clean and safe environment of care. Provide the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality in matters involving patients, coworkers, and the hospital by abiding by Standards of Conduct. Required Qualifications High School or equivalent preferred; currently attending High School is acceptable. Food Handler certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Entry level or food service experience preferred. Good customer relations skills. Ability and willingness to follow instructions. Ability to communicate and understand English. Work Shift Details Various shifts; Call Center requires morning availability. Department NUTRITION SERVICES.
