Who We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of proven Honda sales success. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar CRM/DMS. A track record of high CSI, strong customer follow-up, and deal consistency. Natural leadership qualities—you bring others up, not just yourself. A student of the business, eager to learn fixed ops, desking, team development, and process management. Self‑motivated and highly coachable with a team‑first mentality.
