Overview As ERP Analyst, the candidate provides project coordination, and functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems, and 3-5 years of relevant experience is required; or an advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience. In-depth functional knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Implementation experience of large ERP applications with emphasis on Distribution modules (SOP/POP/Inventory). Good understanding of SQL language. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent analytical skills. Advanced verbal and written English language skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, MS Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Advanced technical and analytical skills. Responsibilities Provide user support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues. Analyze user operational procedures to develop functional systems requirements and advise and instruct other staff responsible for development. Identify innovative solutions to business issues in technical development. Improve process flow and user documentation for different ERP related modules and enhance user knowledge and competency. Assist with special projects, enhancements, and other department needs. Mentor colleagues with less experience. Contribute to process improvements. Work with end users and business teams to gather requirements and understanding of customer needs.
