Executive Recruiter Opportunity
Currently looking for a qualified Executive Recruiter to fill an opening with an expanding search firm located in Hendersonville, NC.
What Does An Executive Recruiter Do?
- Manage a full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
- Provide recommendations to improve our process and provide detailed information regarding the market conditions.
- Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, manage offer process, and make salary recommendations.
- Drive the offer process including, but not limited to extending offers and closing candidates.
What You'll Need To Win?
- Associate's degree or higher education required.
- 2 - 4 years of experience assisting with sourcing, recruiting and administrative tasks.
- Experience maintaining professional websites, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, are a plus.
