Are you an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor ready to lead a successful maintenance team? Brookside Properties is looking for a hands-on leader to oversee maintenance operations at Shoals at Chickamauga Lake in Chattanooga, TN. If you have strong HVAC knowledge, leadership experience, and take pride in maintaining beautiful apartment communities, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day maintenance operations for the community
- Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members
- Complete and oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
- Maintain the property's grounds, buildings, and amenities
- Coordinate and manage outside vendors when needed
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisor experience required
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Excellent leadership, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
