Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17 $19 per hour Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Assistant? You'll be:

• Supporting Client Service Specialists (CSS) with client communications to help obtain records.
• Managing incoming invoices and correspondence while handling calls and emails from agents or field contacts.
• Troubleshooting and researching missing records, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Possess strong communication skills, both by phone and email, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Have legal or administrative experience, which is a plus, but not required.
