This is a unique, multi-functional role that combines front-desk reception, vehicle inventory coordination, and fleet sales administration into one position. You’ll be the first voice customers hear and the first face they see — while also keeping our inventory records accurate in CDK, processing deal documentation, and supporting our commercial sales team. - Multi-line phone management, customer greeting, and front office operations
- Daily CDK inventory entries, VIN pulls, vehicle labeling, and stock board maintenance
- Fleet deal entry, sold reporting, and Assignment of Proceeds (AOP) preparation
- Bilingual customer support throughout the sales and F&I process
- Competitive hourly pay — paid bi-weekly
- Monday through Friday schedule with occasional extended hours during busy periods
