Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions through initial evaluations, including medical history reviews and functional assessments.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities aimed at optimizing patient recovery.
• Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, to promote healing and improve mobility.
• Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and responses to therapy.
• Educate patients and their families about techniques to manage their conditions and promote long-term health and wellness.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, for documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating care.

The Physical Therapist role at Restore and Rise primarily focuses on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing.

• Proficiency in using EMR systems, with prior experience in WebPT being highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting with a focus on post-operative rehabilitation.

• A background in functional movement assessments and performance-based rehabilitation is beneficial.
