Key Responsibilities:

•Assist with onboarding, including preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientations, and shadowing I-9/E-Verify processes.

•Maintain and update employee records within HRIS (Preferred but not required), ensuring strict confidentiality and data integrity.

Payroll processing- timekeeing

Alphabetizes and files documents into our file cabinet system

Scans and organizes employee documents onto computer according to subject matter, etc.

Shreds scanned documents after completing necessary verifications

Assists as needed with audits, ranging from bills to employee information

Records performance, incidents, and attendance into employee overviews.

Performs other evolving Microsoft Office and HRIS duties/projects as assigned

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fresno, CA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
