• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in family medicine or psychiatric settings, with pediatric to elderly patient care

What You'll Do

• Provide family-focused healthcare in an inpatient psychiatric unit, caring for patients ages 10 and up including elderly populations
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver treatments in accordance with state and facility guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
• Support the facility's expansion efforts with stability and long-term commitment

What You Need

• Massachusetts state license to practice independently as an FNP-BC
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a family or psychiatric care setting
• Ability to drive to the Natick facility, no hotel or travel arrangements required
• Strong clinical skills, reliability, and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Preference given to candidates previously credentialed at Leonard campus
