Property Manager

Position Overview Property Management Associates is seeking a Full‑Time Property Manager for an amazing 304‑unit apartment community located in Carson, CA. Offering a 2‑bedroom/2‑bath apartment. Key Responsibilities Perform daily and weekly comprehensive property walk‑throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list. Supervise team members and vendors, including scheduling maintenance staff and vendors. Market and lease apartments. Provide effective organizational and multi‑tasking management. Maintain live‑on‑site residency. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years managing a 250‑unit or larger Class A property. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and property accounting such as Yardi. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. Background check, DMV, pre‑employment physical will be conducted as part of the application process.
