We are currently in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our well-established and successful practice situated in Easton, Maryland, as part of the University of Maryland Medical System.

Position Overview

• Become a member of a comprehensive OBGYN practice that provides a blend of obstetrics, gynecology, and gynecological surgery.

• Access to scheduled operating room time and advanced surgical facilities.

• Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians, nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives, sonographers, medical assistants, and registered nurses.

• Manage an average of 18-22 patients daily, with robust support to prioritize quality care.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree with completion of residency training.

• Current Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• Active medical license to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license.

• Current DEA or equivalent certification for narcotics and controlled substances.

• Appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one affiliated acute care facility, if applicable.

• Compliance with minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.

• Demonstrated qualifications and experience to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.

• Strong oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.

Compensation: $386,691 annual salary "The stated compensation reflects the median range based on current MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks. Actual compensation will be aligned with the physician's experience, training, and qualifications."

Additional Compensation: A generous sign-on package, including a choice of a $20,000-$25,000 sign-on bonus or a $50,000 housing allowance for your first year. We also provide relocation assistance up to $10,000 and a competitive production bonus, all designed to facilitate your transition and long-term success.
