This full-time contract opportunity is tailored for professionals skilled in school-based speech-language pathology, working with pediatric, early childhood, and elementary populations. Caseloads are thoughtfully assigned based on your experience and preferences, spanning K–12 and including a range from moderate to profound student needs. Local and travel therapists are both encouraged to apply.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility for clinical fellowship
• State licensure (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations, especially in early childhood and elementary settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centric practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, screenings, and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough records for compliance
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and report outcomes to stakeholders
• Educate and collaborate with classroom teachers and families for carryover of skills
