We are hiring experienced HVAC Installers and HVAC Lead Installers to install residential heating and air conditioning systems including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and complete HVAC systems for homeowners.

Responsibilities: \n

As an HVAC Lead Installer (Heating & Air Conditioning):

\n

\n
• \n

  Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems , including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units

\n
• \n

  Install complete residential heating and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and local HVAC codes

\n
• \n

  Lead residential HVAC installations with support from an assigned HVAC installer helper

\n
• \n

  Start up, test, and troubleshoot newly installed HVAC equipment

\n
• \n

  Ensure all HVAC installations meet quality, safety, and inspection standards

\n
• \n

  Maintain a clean and professional job site while delivering excellent customer service

\n

Qualifications: \n

What You Need

\n

\n
• \n

  Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience

\n
• \n

  Experience installing heating and air conditioning systems

\n
• \n

  Comfortable leading residential HVAC installs with a helper

\n
• \n

  Working knowledge of HVAC inspection codes

\n
• \n

  EPA Certification 

\n
• \n

  Ability to lift HVAC equipment and access attics/crawlspaces

\n
• \n

  Strong communication and customer service skills

\n
• \n

  Valid driver’s license with good driving record

\n
• \n

  Must pass background check and drug screen

\n
