Production Lead

Perform basic machine maintenance operations and ensure proper calibration. Input and analyze production and packing data using computer systems to maintain workflow and report performance. Oversee material movement, monitor machine adjustments, and approve first‑piece inspections. Coordinate with other shifts to ensure continuous production flow and meet scheduled shipment dates. Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments. Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and support team members. Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer data entry. Knowledge of process standards and safety regulations.
