The role of the Production Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Miami Production Team members. This includes computer‑based work such as data entry and data updates in New Era’s SAP (ERP) system, Job Tracker, Excel spreadsheet work, and running reports. This position is 100% on‑site and fosters strong collaboration and teamwork through daily in‑person connections. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Miami Production Team, including data entry, data maintenance, and general production‑related tasks Print daily production orders and specs for the production teams including order handoff Enter and update a high volume of records in ERP System (SAP) through manual entry and updating Maintain accuracy and data integrity of production records in SAP and Job Tracker Assist with hologram data receiving and coordination of weekly hologram orders Assist in processing National Retailer seasonal orders Run reports and perform Excel‑based tracking and data analysis as needed Support production workflow by identifying, flagging, and escalating discrepancies or missing information Maintain confidentiality of production, vendor, and internal business information Perform other duties as assigned across the facility Keep all sensitive matters confidential Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail oriented with strong follow‑through on tasks Strong organizational skills Enthusiastic positive person who embraces work with a sense of urgency and persistence Functions as a team player to achieve team goals, objectives, and deadlines Effective verbal and written communication skills Able to perform well under pressure and adapt to change easily Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) Knowledge of SAP is preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent required One (1) to Two (2) years of experience in data entry or an administrative support role is preferred, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment Travel Requirement The location for this position is 100% on‑site in Buffalo, NY 0% domestic and/or global travel Compensation The hourly range for this posted position is $19‑$22/hr (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Miami, FL.
