Location: 12616 Yukon Ave, Hawthorne, CA 90250 (near Los Angeles International Airport)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office & HR Coordinator to support our Los Angeles office in office administration, basic HR support, and customer service. This role reports to the LA Office Lead and ensures smooth office operations, organized HR administration, and timely customer response.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Office Administration – Manage daily office operations including visitor reception, phone coverage, mail handling, office supply procurement, filing, and meeting room coordination

2.Basic HR Support – Assist with employee attendance tracking, onboarding/offboarding documentation, maintain employee records, and coordinate with HQ HR on local personnel information and HR administration

3.Customer Service – Answer incoming calls and emails, respond to basic inquiries regarding shipment status and warehousing services, and route customer requests to the appropriate teams

4.Documentation – Organize and archive business documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, customs documents, etc.) to ensure proper record-keeping

5.Data Entry – Input basic data into WMS or related systems; assist in maintaining customer profiles and vendor information

6.Logistics Support – Support warehouse and operations teams with daily administrative tasks, including material ordering, courier arrangements, and visitor coordination

7.Cross-functional Coordination – Maintain communication with headquarters and the Chicago team to ensure timely and accurate information flow

8.Others – Complete other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

1.In Business Administration, Human Resources, Business English, Logistics, International Trade, or related field preferred

2.1+ year of experience in administration, HR, customer service, or related clerical roles

3.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with basic data processing skills

4.Strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented and accountable

5.Bilingual in English and Chinese – able to communicate effectively with both U.S. and China teams, as well as external partners

6.Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industries is a plus

7.This position requires daily on-site attendance at our Hawthorne, CA office

8.For exceptional candidates, part-time arrangement (1-2 days per week) may be considered

Compensation:

$20 – $28 / hour (based on experience)

Non-Exempt, bi-weekly payroll, 
Full-time or part-time (for exceptional candidates)W2
