Administrative Assistant - Marketing (Bala Cynwyd, PA)

Description Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, designs, markets and underwrites commercial property/casualty and professional liability insurance products for select industries. Marketing Statement We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Marketing team! Summary Provides administrative support and coordination activities for a team of people. Typical day will include the following: Greet scheduled visitors and conduct to appropriate area or persons. Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations. Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities and transcribe minutes of meetings. Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials. Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e‑mail and faxes. Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance. Read and route incoming mail. Locate and attach appropriate file to correspondence. Conduct research and compile and type various reports. Answer and screen manager's telephone calls and arrange conference calls. Coordinate manager's schedule and make appointments. Updating SharePoint and the marketing resource center. Assisting OCEO with Marketing and querying reports. Cross departmental work, partner with Risk Management VP to schedule and register sponsorships.
