Description: On-site 5 days/week in Boston, MA Our client, a leading financial services firm in downtown Boston, seeks an experienced IT Desktop Support Analyst to serve as a first level of end‑user technology support across multiple global locations, including remote users. The role suits a customer‑focused IT professional who operates well in a fast-paced, high-touch corporate environment and supports a diverse user base, including senior executives. Responsibilities: Serve as an IT support resource for employees across global offices and remote locations. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows PCs, Apple devices, Microsoft Office applications, and other enterprise technologies. Support executive leadership and C-level stakeholders with professionalism and responsiveness. Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution of support requests. Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Collaborate with global IT teams to provide seamless support across multiple time zones. Experience Requirements: 3-5+ years of hands-on desktop or technical support experience in an enterprise environment. Strong experience supporting Windows-based PCs and laptops. Experience supporting Apple technologies, including macOS devices and iPhones. Proficiency supporting Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Experience supporting users at all organizational levels, including executives and senior leadership. Preferred: Experience in financial services, asset management, insurance, legal, or similar corporate environments.
