Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Cambridge, MA and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365, providing exceptional end-user support, performing imaging, and assisting with device setup and migrations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for employees.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Office 365 applications.
• Perform system imaging, deployment, and configuration of end-user devices.
• Use ServiceNow to manage incidents, service requests, and ticket documentation.
• Assist with hardware refreshes, software upgrades, and user migrations as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, printer, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Maintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT standards and policies.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and timely technical support to all users.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
• ServiceNow experience required (incident/request management).
• Experience performing imaging, hardware setup, and user migrations.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and remote access tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
