What You'll Do Perform high-quality home repair and maintenance projects across multiple trades Represent TruBlue in customers' homes — clear communication, respectful conduct, clean work Walk customers through completed work, take before‑and‑after photos, and document jobs accurately Diagnose issues and propose the right solution for the customer Maintain your tools and job materials in clean, professional condition Uphold TruBlue's high standard of quality, safety, and customer care on every visit Common Projects Include Bathroom and kitchen upgrades Drywall repair and finishing Flooring installation and repair General carpentry — trim, molding, built‑ins Interior and exterior painting Basic plumbing and electrical work Tile installation and repair Door and window repair Deck, fence, and gate repair Senior safety upgrades — grab bars, ramps, accessible fixtures Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands‑on residential home repair, remodeling, or general construction experience Broad multi‑trade skill set with strong carpentry foundation Strong customer communication skills — comfortable in customers' homes Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and scheduling apps Punctual, dependable, honest, and professional in appearance and behavior Valid Texas driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and full toolset Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus Legally authorized to work in the United States Willing to complete background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen Why TruBlue We're a company with a purpose: to make homes safer and lives easier.
