Role Description The Licensed Massage Therapist is a part-time, on-site role based in El Paso, TX. This role involves providing therapeutic and body massage services tailored to client needs, including techniques that support relaxation, pain relief, and improved mobility. The therapist will conduct client intake and assessment, maintain detailed treatment records, and collaborate with other health professionals within the integrative care team. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, educating clients on stress management and self-care strategies, and delivering high-quality customer service. The therapist is expected to participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, client-centered environment. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including clear communication and a client-centered approach. Competency in therapeutic massage techniques, with the ability to customize treatment plans. Experience or training in Shiatsu and other body massage modalities. Skills in stress management support, including teaching clients relaxation and self-care strategies. Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Texas and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Knowledge of holistic and integrative health principles; experience in multidisciplinary settings is beneficial. Ability to maintain professional boundaries, uphold confidentiality, and follow ethical practice standards.
