Family Service League is seeking a per-diem Nurse Practitioner for our DASH Program in Hauppauge. The Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric assessments, health monitoring, and medication management in an outpatient, 24 hour per day, 7 day per week crisis stabilization program. The Nurse Practitioner will report to the Director of Clinical Crisis and Stabilization Services. The Nurse Practitioner will conduct psychiatric and crisis assessments and provide medication management for children, #J-18808-Ljbffr Family Service League Inc.
