Project Administrator

Job Title

Location: On site – Newton, NC Contract Duration: 12 months, extension possible Schedule: Day Shift- M-F: 8-5

Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Chemical Engineering. Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) are highly desired.

Experience: Proven experience in administrative or project-related roles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools). Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note) Data Analysis software - JMP, Minitab desired

Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated, self-directed. Extreme ownership. Safety conscious.
