Project Manager - Home Improvement / Construction
Shells Only Home Improvements is seeking a full-time Project Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the build site - dormers, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, new homes, including leading and managing the crews.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day operations of job sites.
- Leading and managing the crews.
- Deliver consistent and high-quality work utilizing industry standards.
- Monitor and supervise sub-contractors on site.
- Ensure that the build site has all the tools and materials needed for each day's work.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Project Management of residential dormer, extension, kitchen & bath, and new home construction a MUST.
- MUST have the know-how to build a home from the ground up.
- Strong project management skills.
- Working knowledge of blueprints, dormers, extensions, kitchen and bathrooms.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Strong leadership qualities.
**Salary commensurate with experience.
**Unlimited commission opportunity available on top of base salary.
