Purchasing Assistant - Electronics Industry

Pay range: $20.00 - $27.00/hr, DOE
Duration: Contract through end of 2026

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED

Associates degree or higher
1+ year experience in supply chain, inventory control, or logistics
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Customer service experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

Assist Buyers and Planners with procurement support
Communicate with suppliers about delivery timelines and delays
Review purchase orders and update delivery schedules
Resolve invoice and receiving discrepancies
Support process improvements within supply chain operations
