The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Lead strategic initiatives to solve complex business challenges across multiple functions and levels in the organization. Translate ambiguous business goals into clear and measurable objectives and actionable processes/programs. Run ongoing and ad‑hoc analyses in support of business objectives and operational effectiveness, and as input to key planning and business review processes. Define and measure performance on key processes and success criteria, and establish necessary program governance, to enable business execution and efficiency.
