Real Estate Paralegal

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and highly respected Florida-based law firm to identify a Real Estate Paralegal for their Orlando office. What You’ll Do: Conduct title, survey, UCC, lien, and zoning searches and analysis Draft and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing packages Manage due diligence, timelines, and transaction checklists Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and government agencies Prepare closing documents and support transactions through closing Record legal documents and maintain organized closing binders and files Perform legal research related to real estate matters Track key deadlines and ensure timely completion of transactions What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience as a transactional or real estate paralegal Experience in commercial real estate strongly preferred Ability to support multiple attorneys and manage high-volume transactions Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage matters from inception through closing Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF tools Experience with legal document management systems (iManage a plus) Familiarity with timekeeping software in a law firm environment Compensation: Salary range: $70,000 – $95,000, depending on experience This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growth-oriented firm with a strong reputation in the Florida market. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
