You will leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed, while exercising sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes. Key Responsibilities Support all stages of real estate transactions, emphasizing title and survey review, due diligence, document preparation, closing logistics, and post‑closing integration and administration. Provide independent support and propose creative solutions for title matters. Prepare, review, edit, and negotiate legal documentation under supervision of in‑house attorneys, including purchase and sale agreements, amendments, closing documents, licenses, easements, declarations, CC&Rs, confidentiality agreements, track use agreements, brokerage and listing agreements, letters of credit, and SNDAs. Contact and negotiate with third parties such as title companies, surveyors, railroad companies, and regulatory bodies. Abstract and summarize material terms of contracts. Develop professional relationships internally and externally to facilitate information gathering and research. Required Qualifications 10+ years of real estate and related experience, including transactions, leasing, and development, with a law firm or in‑house legal department. Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, DocuSign, Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary systems, AI tools, and databases. Experience supporting and closing acquisitions, dispositions, ground leases, financings, and developments independently. Professionalism, integrity, collegiality, and ability to work across a wide range of legal matters. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Grace under pressure, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive, organized, diligent, and able to work with minimal direction. Flexible to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands. Ability to work under tight deadlines, balance multiple tasks, prioritize, and delegate. Maintain strict confidentiality. Anticipate problems and exercise independent judgment to make sound decisions and resolve issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SalesForce, Doxsera, Smartsheet, Legora, and SimpleLegal. Experience with data center acquisitions, dispositions, and conversions. Willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools. Salary $39.41–$58.65 per hour ($82,000–$122,000 annual). Salary and compensation package, including bonus target, are determined by location, education, experience, and market data.
