They would be responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.Core Role Responsibilities:Verifies contract details post-salePrepares initial labor and materials sheets to request project quote; prepares final sheets for installation crewsManages timeliness and accuracy of vendor quotes; approves final quotesPrepares pre-installation inspection forms; researches and resolves inspection delaysDetermines necessity of ancillary project expensesEnsure gross profit levels are maintainedEnsure reconciliations are done timelyEnsures accuracy of reported Installer compensationCollects payments as necessaryPerforms other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:High school Diploma or GED2+ year of similar administrative support experiencePreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteCRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plusCustomer-centric mindsetDemonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environmentHome Improvement/Home Services experience a plus$24 - $24 an hourWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
