The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with debt, debt‑like, and equity transactions related to real estate projects, particularly in construction financing and multi‑tiered capital transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and engage directly with clients in a supportive environment. Duties Handle a wide range of debt and equity transactions secured by real estate. Focus on lender/capital provider side work, with some borrower side work. Collaborate with partners and engage in direct client interactions. Requirements 2‑5 years of relevant experience in real estate finance. Experience with construction financing and multi‑tiered capital transactions. Active bar license in the location of consideration. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in handling complex real estate finance transactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
