Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and collaborative treatment planning for couples, families, and individuals.

• Providing therapeutic services through individual and group therapy sessions targeting various mental health issues.
\n
• Facilitating communication and resolution among family members, addressing complex dynamics such as blended families, and mother/daughter conflicts.
\n
• Supporting clients in navigating challenges associated with grief, loss, separation, and divorce.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapy methods to aid in the treatment of alcohol abuse and interpersonal conflicts.
\n
• Monitoring and documenting client progress, providing regular feedback to clients, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and team collaboration to enhance service delivery and implement best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, dealing with a wide range of challenges. Focus areas will range from addressing family dynamics, processing grief and loss, to providing support for mental health issues. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive and uncapped salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, complemented by an extensive benefits package, which includes:
