Tax Attorney

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Tax Controversy Attorney, preferably a current or former IRS trial attorney, to represent our high-net-worth clients in resolving complex civil and criminal tax disputes. In this role, you will handle all aspects of tax controversy at the administrative and litigation levels, including examinations, appeals, and collections. You will engage with federal, California, and local governmental entities. Career Growth & Compensation This position offers a potential path to a shareholder role for a candidate who demonstrates long-term success and leadership within the firm. Salary Range: $170,000 - $400,000, depending on experience, credentials, and a transferable book of business. (Provided in compliance with SB1162; actual pay may vary based on multiple factors.)
