Vice President, Leadership & Talent Development

ADB Companies, LLC seeks a Vice President of Talent Development to lead the company’s six-level workforce development architecture from Field Ready to Executive Development. You will own the ADB Academy, drive strategic leadership pathways, and oversee the LMS and onboarding programs to improve margin, retention, and ramp times.
