Senior GTM Operations Manager

Owning the strategy and day-to-day operations for the Upmarket mid-to-late sales funnel, the full-time Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Manager will shape opportunity progression, manage complex deal execution, and drive operational improvements in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and manage the sales processes and workflows to enhance conversion and sales efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex deals and improve operational workflows Lead strategic improvements in the mid-to-late funnel operating model using data and sales insights Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function within B2B SaaS Strong experience with complex deal strategy and Deal Desk operations Hands-on operating style with the ability to analyze and improve sales processes Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functionally, particularly with senior Sales leadership Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
