Job Description

* Manage multifamily projects through all lifecycle phases
* Lead contract review, buyout, and subcontractor coordination
* Maintain schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking
* Drive document control using Procore and Bluebeam

The Successful Applicant

* 5-10 years of construction project management experience
* Proven multifamily delivery on garden-style or mid/high-rise
* Advanced user of Procore, Bluebeam, and On-Screen Takeoff
* Strong contract, buyout, and closeout capability
* Confident communicator who drives accountability
