Responsibilities What You Will Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests across various disciplines including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and undertake necessary maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for accurate testing as needed.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and uphold the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification during employment.
