The Project Manager is the main point of contact responsible for the project's organization, implementation and completion to the satisfaction of the client.Why rand*? Most importantly, we love to promote from within. 80% of our Executive Leadership began their careers at rand* at entry level positions.Qualified Candidates will possess the following:A four year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education may be substitutedKnowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and constructionAbility to develop strong working relationships.Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, employeesGood analytical and quantitative skillsKnowledge of financial terms and principlesAbility to conduct job cost and cash flow analysis including the preparation of reports and budget managementGood understanding of contractsMastery of all Procore modules, including Project Management and Financial Management toolsMastery of Microsoft Project and the implications of changesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Candidates will also possess the following skills:Professional demeanor.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to develop strong working relationships.Reliable and dependable.Positive attitude and ambition.Continual determination for self-improvement.Adaptable and persistent.rand* is an equal opportunity employer.
