Accounts Payable Associate

Accounts Payable and HR Specialist (Part-time) Location: Cleveland Maxus Capital Group is seeking a part-time motivated professional to join our team as an Account Payable and Human Resource Specialist. This candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our organization, providing comprehensive support to our management team. Salary: Based on experience Job Type: Part-Time Location: Cleveland, OH Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Processing payments and documents such as invoices and employee reimbursements Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies Provide administrative and clerical support by processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions Assist controller in general ledger maintenance and chart of accounts Assist controller in month-end closing activities Assist controller in coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements Administer company benefit programs, coordinate with outside venders and communicate with employees Assist management in coordinating and administrating HR responsibilities Assist upper management with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis Experience: At least 3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Qualifications: Strong Plus, HR corporate experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Plus, Dynamics 365 Business Central experience Strong Plus, knowledge and experience in software conversion from Great Plains to Dynamics 365 Business Central Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Ability to exercise discretion and handle highly confidential information with integrity Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook #J-18808-Ljbffr
