Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Programs: Assess individual patients' needs and craft personalized therapy approaches to help them attain their functional objectives

• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work in synergy with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure all-encompassing care
• Educate Patients and Guardians: Provide necessary instructions on therapy practices to empower progress at home
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and fine-tune treatment plans as required, ensuring continual improvement

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and additional certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
