Floor Truss Builder - 1st Shift

Smith Personnel Solutions is seeking dependable and motivated Builders to join a busy production team. Location: Sunnyvale, TX Shift: First Shift Pay: $18.00 per hour What you’ll be doing Assemble floor trusses following detailed production drawings and schedules Inspect lumber for proper size, grade, and placement before assembly Position structural components such as chords, webs, and joists accurately Secure components using metal connector plates and specialized equipment Operate production equipment including truss tables and finishing presses as trained Inspect completed trusses to ensure quality and proper identification Maintain a clean and organized work area and report equipment or safety concerns Requirements High school diploma or GED Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or lumber production is helpful Ability to follow instructions and production schedules carefully Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working on your feet throughout the shift Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of protective equipment If you enjoy building things, working with your hands, and being part of a team that values quality and safety, apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr SMITH PERSONNEL SOLUTIONS
