We are seeking a passionate and talented Creative Art Director to join a dedicated internal team focused on elevating the impact of design and reputation as a top destination for creative talent. In this pivotal role, you will lead projects and cultivate key relationships, focusing on delivering exceptional work that benefits the design community while consistently pushing creative boundaries from concept to execution. You will be instrumental in translating complex needs and constraints into beautiful, insightful, and data-driven customer-focused ideas and solutions, spanning video content, user interface designs, presentation materials, event signage, and promotional items. Your work will involve crafting campaign strategies, developing comprehensive visual identities for experiences, and creating templates that solve customer problems across various platforms.

**Responsibilities:**
* Concept, design, and execute innovative creative solutions for diverse events and experiences.
* Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, strategists, and producers to deliver customer-focused solutions that meet objectives.
* Independently lead creative workstreams, partnering with internal teams, clients, and external agency partners.
* Maintain a customer-obsessed approach, creating work that drives both innovation and measurable results.
* Present ideas and concepts effectively to internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to ideate across various mediums, including print, digital, web, experiential, and social platforms.
* Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring delivery within budget and established deadlines.

**Required Skills:**
* Conceptual creative (Art Director) experience gained from advertising agencies or in-house creative teams.
* A strong online creative portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, art direction, branding, and design expertise.
* In-depth understanding and proficiency with industry design tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
* Advanced understanding of UX design principles.
* A data-driven mindset with a passion for measuring campaign impact.
* Excellent presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
* Exceptional craft, critical project ownership, and a self-starter mentality.
* Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task effectively.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
* Motion design skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Proven track record of successful project execution with geographically dispersed teams.
* Significant experience in brand development and event design.
* Experience working within large-scale, dynamic global organizations.
