Dinamic AS Group is seeking a professional and personable Client Experience Coordinator to join our Nashville team.

In this role, you will help create a positive and seamless experience for clients from their initial interaction through ongoing support. You will serve as an important point of contact, assist with client needs, coordinate internal communication, and help ensure that every interaction reflects the high standards of our organization.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and interested in developing strong skills in client relations, communication, coordination, and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients.
• Assist clients with general questions, requests, and service-related needs.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments.
• Support client onboarding and help ensure a smooth transition into company services.
• Maintain accurate and organized client information and records.
• Follow up with clients to ensure requests and concerns are addressed appropriately.
• Help identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative activities related to client accounts.
• Communicate important client feedback to the appropriate team members.
• Build positive and professional relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent service standards.
• Support day-to-day business operations and additional projects as needed.
