Work Location: Brooklyn, New York, United States of America Hours: 40 Pay Details: $97,240 - $145,600 USD Overview TD is a global financial institution. The Store Manager II develops, leads and contributes to the growth and profitability of our Consumer Business through the management of a Store portfolio including deposits, loans, fees and expenses. Leads, coaches and motivates the Store team to deliver a legendary Employee and Customer Experience while achieving shareholder value through solutions and referrals. Responsible for store growth by deepening customer relationships, putting the customer first and referring them to the right Specialist to meet customer needs and provide the best advice. Responsibilities Provides people management leadership by hiring talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and disciplinary actions as required. Manages a medium sized store and team (based on U.S. TD Bank store leveling criteria) and oversees complex and/or Denovo Store while growing talent and capabilities. Achieves Store and individual performance metrics; can manage multiple store locations and/or a diverse customer base if required. Acts as peer mentor to developing store managers; coaches, mentors and guides others in area of expertise. Maintains governance on risk, oversees workforce risk levels and serves as the highest point of escalation for customer and internal issues. Originates loan applications, handles Conditions of Lending and conducts loan closings; maintains active NMLS registration. Leads customer relationships through sales and service, ensuring proper referrals to Specialists to meet needs. Qualifications Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 4+ years related experience (retail, customer service and/or financial services); supervisory, leadership and coaching experience; proven business development and leadership capabilities. Small Business and Consumer lending experience; knowledge of bank product lines and store operations; ability to manage competing priorities and align efforts with store goals. Strong financial analysis, presentation, interpersonal and collaborative skills with internal and external customers. Excellent verbal and written communication; demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams; proficiency with Microsoft Office. Notary License (preferred). Compliance: OCC/Regulatory language requires eligibility for loan originator and mortgage loan originator roles and related registrations; background and credit checks required by federal law. Physical Requirements & Travel Physical requirements as listed (sedentary work, standing, walking, lifting, etc.); travel: Domestic Occasional; International Travel – Never. Work involves continuous reading, writing and comprehension of instructions; ability to perform multiple tasks and concentrate on long periods. Regulatory & Compliance OCC Language: Position falls within the definition of Loan Originator and Mortgage Loan Originator; must be eligible for registration with NMLS and meet related regulatory requirements.
