This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including Mitigation, Construction, Sales, Customer Service, and Administrative functions. The Branch Manager serves as the senior leader for the location and is accountable for driving profitability, developing high performing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to lead an established operation while partnering with executive leadership to execute growth initiatives and long term business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipDirect and oversee all branch operations, including Mitigation and Reconstruction servicesEnsure consistent execution of company standards, operating procedures, and best practicesMonitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metricsLead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and profitabilityFinancial ManagementMaintain full accountability for branch financial performanceManage budgets, forecasting, job costing, gross profit margins, and operating expensesReview key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goalsEnsure effective resource allocation and operational planningTeam DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop department managers and leadership staffBuild a culture centered on accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and resultsSupport talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development initiativesConduct regular performance reviews and leadership coachingBusiness GrowthPartner with sales and business development teams to support revenue growthStrengthen relationships with customers, insurance partners, vendors, and community stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve market presence and operational performanceSupport strategic initiatives and organizational growth objectivesQualifications7+ years of leadership experience within restoration, construction, or related service industriesDemonstrated success managing branch operations, business units, or multiple departmentsStrong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, and operational metricsExperience leading mitigation and reconstruction operations preferredStrong leadership, communication, and decision making skillsProven ability to build teams, develop leaders, and drive accountabilityExperience with Xactimate and restoration industry systems preferredIICRC certifications are a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Base SalaryPerformance Based Bonus ProgramVehicle Allowance or Company VehicleMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Time Off and Holidays401(k) with Company MatchProfessional Development OpportunitiesThe OpportunityThis is an opportunity to lead a growing restoration operation with the autonomy to influence performance, develop people, and drive business results. We are looking for a leader who combines operational expertise, financial discipline, and a commitment to building a strong team culture. Salary range listed is total compensation which includes a base salary plus a commission/bonus structure. Compensation: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
